My Storage

I’ve been renting a workshop space at My Storage Copeland for 18 months and really enjoy it there. The staff is very helpful and responsive and they’re one of the few storage places that allow the use of power tools and painting on-site. I’m switching to a different unit in the facility and Tad helped us get everything organized. She was very friendly and helpful and everything was done quickly and seamlessly. Recommend!

Been with the storage for some time now. Never a bad word to say about the place. Safe, clean and always felt as a priority as a customer. Have dealt with Shanna a lot and she has been fantastic whenever we have sought any help! Couldn’t ask for any more!

Updated review! It took a very very long time to get the deposit back! Has been two months and Still not shown to my account since we moved out. I have been very patient and asked for few times. You guys should maintain the good service after we stop using it unless you don’t care about the return customers. I have noticed my cancellation since December last year and now it’s March, I can’t believe it take so long for you to process the deposit refund, I have no choice to leave a review here for other customers should know this ! -follow up: I will try to call again but I have contact you guys about four times already. On December 1st, 2022, I visited 7 Copeland Street location where I have a storage space. The Customer Service representative TAD was so friendly, kind, accommodating and professional. She is an asset to this business and surely with that positive attitude would be an asset anywhere for sure.

Water damage. It happened a year ago and nothing changed. I reported water damage a year ago and It happens again. I found out the water damage again today. Also the rear door is stay open about a feet so inside the building, is around 1.5 degree Celcius when I was there. Seriously not recommend. ----------------------------- They replace whole lighting system around my unit. So I changed to 4 stars from 1 star. ----------------------------Horrible service. The light was out, so I request change the bulb three times since last May. But still around my unit, no light at all. I had to use my cell phone light. Every time I talked to the lady in the office, she said already talked to head office, but they didn't change the bulb. It's almost 7 month with out light. The company took the money from my bank every month, but didn't change one single light bulb.

Shanna was lovely and very helpful showing us all the storage options and signing us in. Very friendly, straight forward and transparent. Great experience at My Storage.
