Storage mart was above my expectations! The staff is great! The prices are way cheaper than other places! They have good deals! I regret not coming here before! Ash and Muskaan are very profesional and nice! Ash explain all the details about our storage and billing! I’m so happy I found this place!
StorageMart on O'Connor Dr. is absolutely amazing. Prices are very competitive, the office staff is always available and responsive and they go above and beyond to provide really good customer service. We've been storing at this location for a number of years and would highly recommend this particular StorageMart.
We used a very large locker for over 1 year during a renovation. Ash and Muskaan were a great help and available as needed for practical and billing help. Ash helped properly estimate the size we needed as well as provide different options to fit our budget and needs. The facility feels secure, bright inside, heated and priced well I found it the best balance of location vs. price/sqfoot for us. It is surprisingly a very convenient location for central, east-end or Scarborough storage needs when you look at the major routes surrounding. Go visit them - I immediately felt comfortable moving my things there after a prolonged search north and south throughout the east end.
I have to say that I was very disappointed. On February 21st I rented a 5×8 unit. A week prior to that I went into Storagemart on O'Connor and Sunrise. I spoke to the woman behind the counter and explained my situation with Access Storage. I also told her that I was shopping around for the lowest prices. She quoted me that it would cost me $120 per month and that after 6 months there will be a slight increase approximately 15%-20%. She further quoted there would be another increase a year after that and subsequently every year after that. I checked four other locations and based on the information from storagemart I decided to go with them which now brings me back to the the 21st of February. After all was said and done it cost me $78 for the remainder 7 days of February and she told me it would coast me $198.00 per month including the taxes. I asked her how she could increase the amount from the $120.00 she previously quoted me with. She responded with inflation the the price had gone up in a week. She further stated that if I had paid for the unit the first time I spoke to them it would not have gone up. Long story short I will be moving out real quick. My advise is to always ask if the prices change from one to the next and ask for all the hidden costs. Do not ever rent a unit from access storage and make sure you know the total cost from Storagemart before you rent a unit from them
I have been a customer Storagemart-O’Connor location for 2 years. The 2 staff members that I interacted with is always pleasant and helpful. Thank you Muskaan and Ash for your understanding and support. You guys are amazing.
I have been a client at its location on O'Connor Dr for many years, I must admit that since Ash took over to Manage there has been noticeable changes. The Store is cleaner; the customer attention and approach is professional, courteous and pro-active. I most definite recommends this place. I would have give you a "5" had the store allow Vans to unload indoors. What about a rainy day?
The people working at this location are great. Helpful. Clear. Friendly. It's expensive, so the last four times we visited when there were no carts available we mentioned it to the staff. They explained that corporate policy does not allow them to buy as many cars as needed. They helped us as best they could. There are hundreds of storage units here. Ours cost$400 per month. The cost of a single cart is insignificant compared to the time and inconvenience of arriving to move heavy loads and discouraging that there are no carts. Would have rated 5 stars otherwise.
I have been a customer with StorageMart on O'Connor for almost 20 years and have been very happy with the service and facilities, which are always clean, well-lit and easy to access. Most recently I expanded my storage usage, and the staff was excellent to deal with: fast, friendly and knowledgable. I have heard storage nightmares about other companies, but I have never had a complaint about this StorageMart location.
I have 2 units there and I am a very old customer. 100% recommended. Shoutout to Ash and Muskaan for always being there and taking care of everything.
