My Storage

I have been storing my furniture at My Storage for a few months and I am very happy with the company. The girls at the office are always super sweet and helpful. I was upset about an invoice I didn't understand and they sat down with me and went over all of it so I could better understand. Probably the best customer service I have ever received and I have been working in customer service for many years! The facility is always clean, never had an issue with pests. I shopped around for a while before I settled for My Storage because I was looking for the best deal and they were definitely the cheapest. Impressed with everything so far! Keep the smiles ladies!

Do NOT rent a truck from here ever! They want a to put a hold on your credit card of $2500.00 which is ridiculous! I held a truck to move my stuff out of storage, when I showed up they said I couldn't pay for the truck and have someone else drive, because my driver didn't have a credit card with 2500.00 dollars on it ! At that time I was told my card would be refunded, but that was not the case. You need to cancel within 48 hours or no refund. I went and looked at the fine print all the stupid rules are there, my bad, but this is also under the rules **these policies are non negotiable** So they know this is a problem!! How many customers have they screwed over! The woman I talked to wouldn't move an inch on this. She wrote the contract! I bet they don't rent a lot of trucks , but they make good money off their polices. I went and rented a truck from U-Haul which I paid for and my friend drove with no hold of $2500.00 which was $20.00 cheaper then My Storage's price of $70.00. Feel like they scammed that money from me. VERY BAD customer service.

This place is much improved from 8 years ago, when I first rented a storage locker. They've done a massive renovation of ALL their lockers and continue to improve the whole facility.
