Access Storage - East York

pretty standard storage facility.... had a 10x10 and moved to a 5x10... no complaints... they have all hours access via a keypad gate and also washroom facilities that also use your keypad code. units are appropriately clean for storage, they require insurance and they take you around on a little golf cart if needed... Again, nothing spectacular but no complaints.

I would like to thank the Access Storage team at 40 Beth Nealson Drive, Toronto. I had rented out the unit 309 for about a year and I had an awesome experience. Especially, during my check-out, the staff member named Altaf was very helpful. He went leaps and bounds to make my experience during the check-out a remarkable one. I expected a good experience during check-in but never expected such a wonderful customer experience during a check-out at any storage units during my tenure at various cities across the globe! A Big Thanks to Altaf and Team Access Storage!

Harsh - disrespectful. I've had a storage locker and parking at this location for well over several months. The staff members will completely disregard that you've been a long term user / charging late fee without emailing invoice and blames the customer for the staff error not emailing invoice. I want to thank them for their horrible treatment.

Harsh and disrespectful. I've had a storage locker(s) at this location for well over 10 years. The location is under new ownership, and you will hear all the excuses - "head office says so", "it's our policy", "we don't control it" … and the employees really do not. Rather, the new owners will completely disregard that you've been a long term user / client, and without notice, lock you out of your unit for a 3 day late payment. If you happen to be away, or get delayed further the "emails" begin, with a passive aggressive message that "we will be cutting your lock and taking inventory of your locker". The implication of course is that they're getting ready to sell your contents. Time to absolutely get all of my belongings out of here. I vow to never use this company again. I was treated like anyone, while I'd spent $300+ / month, since 2003. In other words, $46,800 in revenue from me, over 14+ years, and treated extremely poorly, like an unknown. the complaints about having insurance suddenly added to the account for $10 or more a month, was another cash grab. There are many other locations. Avoid this one. My plan is to get out, and say sayonara for good. I thank them for their horrible treatment, and to be the catalyst to stop paying them monthly. Thank you Access Storage!!
