Great place! I love the staff at the store, such a friendly atmosphere to be in! The store owner is such a nice woman, always a great person to talk to. The store is just full of amazing finds! Great quality items, and the price can't be beat!! Definitely one of my favourite places to shop. 5+++ stars
Great little shop for higher end and designer names. With that does come with a bit higher price tag than other second hand stores. But I’ve had great customer service in there last time when I was shopping for a new wallet.
Awful experience as a consignor with My Sister's Closet in Kanata.! I had consigned with them two times and both times I had different issues: - Although they checked my items at the drop off appointment, later, when I checked back on my items they told me that they actually donate two of the items without even calling me to see if I want to pick them up ! -The second time when I drop off eight items and I check on them after a month, they could not find them in their records. Since I went to the store to see where my items are and I called them multiple times, the owner claimed that by mistake they created another account for me. Somehow I had two accounts with them and they would never been able to report on my items until I show the owner my receipt of dropping the items! - It is very difficult to find them on the phone and they rarely respond to your voice messages or e-mails. You have to call multiple times. - When I went to pick up unsold items I could not find one of them anywhere in the store, although in their records showed as unsold! - When I went to pick up my money on sold items, and since I had money in two accounts, the owner pretend that she paid me from one account, but she actually left the money on the other side of the counter out of my sight, and claimed that she handed to me. After I've insisted to look after the money, we finally saw that amount left after the cache machine! Stay away form consigning with My Sister's Closet. There are some other consignment stores in the area that allows for a FAIR business!
Such friendly and helpful staff. Great prices and selection of women's clothing. Household items and children's wear available as well.
Terrible service ! Noticed the store closed while driving by and the owner did not have the conscious to advise consigners. Where are my clothes ???
I have been consigning for several years at My Sisters Closet ..Great turnover of clothing.Love the experience and enjoy shopping for great deals and quality clothing. great place to get designer names at great prices. i would recommend consigning your clothing at My Sisters Closet.
This is nice little thrift location slightly away from biggest shop's. You might find different products but, price which you will see on tag not what store will charge you. It will be higher
