More times than not clerks are awesome there is one who could care less about service or the store. One time I went into the store and the clerk was just sweeping the whole time not paying attention to me at the desk while I was there waiting to pay for 5 minutes.

Worst customer service date 26nov 2020 time 8:45pm.... very arrogant clerk ... my want to give 0 star if was available..

The cashier guy who works there is the most amazing guy on earth, my bong was somehow cracked when i got home and he replaced it for me out of sheer kindness. Not to mention i got a really good deal on a bong here. Thank you good sir.

Best convenience shop in Downtown Vancouver you can find pretty much anything there. I go there everyday.
