I got photos for a Chinese visa. I got them done twice at other places for more money and they were not done properly. The gentleman at Jubilee did them fast and perfectly for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Very helpful gentleman, was opened by 6:30am, I had to take a passport in a rush he was the only one opened at that time. His price is also very fair. Great experience.

The owner was excellent.  Fast efficient.  Got my emergency passport so fast thanks to him and the US Embassy

Went here for last minute passport photos at 7am. The shop was open and the guy was very courteous and professional. 10/10 would recommend

Fast & friendly passport photo services. The whole process takes approximately 10minutes. My gent was very specific with the placement/ angle of my head to meet specifications & was kind enough to blot away shine from my forehead. I have a lovely passport photo that I won't be embarrassed to flash around! Highly recommend!

Got visa photos taken here. They were very fast, yet careful with taking the photo took several till we got the perfect one and they were knowledgeable about the size I would need for a French visa. Only $12 for four copies!
