What a great place! The staff is so friendly, patient and thorough. They did a comprehensive first appointment and it far exceeded my expectations. They answered any questions I had and explained things along the way. So helpful and excellent quality care. I would definitely recommend MCDC!

This was my 2nd visit to the Cedar Springs My Community Dental Center. I had a very positive experience today (first time was fine, too). I've been changing dental offices over the last many years, traveling over an hour one way, not liking them for one reason or another and so far, in comparison, I'm really liking My Community Dental Center in Cedar. Nicole, at the front desk was very helpful with explanations, leaving me to feel happy and hopeful about my future visits. Thanks, Nicole! Will see you again, soon!

Okay...real talk. My boys and I have state insurance for dental which has previously been nothing short of a nightmare. Most dental offices when you call to schedule an appointment have been impatient and degrading. Waiting until the very end of the phone call to say they don't accept that insurance. It's so frustrating and intimidating. When you do find a place that will take it, my experience has been extremely long waits, offices no where close, months to get in, and outdated equipment and facilities with overworked staff. The dentist is an intimidating appointment for me that I dread and avoid. And then.... we came here!!!! Unbelievable. I have NEVER been comfortable at a dentist office. It's amazing!!!! From the minute we arrrived everything was on time, polite. welcoming, clear communication, and kind!!! The facility is amazing, all equipment is super high tech. My hygentists was a complete sweetheart who explained everything thoroughly with patience and a smile. The dentist has a gentle voice and wonderful demeanor. I was not uncomfortable one second, which is a miracle!!!! They were amazing with my son. I can honestly say I was shocked. It was an entirely different experience then I was dreading. I am actually looking forward to my next visit. I feel empowered about a plan to have healthier teeth for my boys and I. This is a GAME CHANGER. I couldn't be happier or more impressed.

Very friendly, Very considerate professional staff. Clean office, up to date equipment. Much better than any other "clinic" I've ever seen. Not like a clinic at all. Feared the dentist all my life.. looking forward to my next appointment here.
