My Chinese Dish

I had a craving for dumplings, so I looked up Google maps and this place was near my hotel. I didn't call ahead, so my order took a bit of time, but that just goes to show that everything is made to order. I knew this place was legit when I went to the bathroom and saw the shower head. Hard to explain, it's that chaotic feel . I ordered fried dumplings, the general Tso chicken and the spicy shredded potatoes. My hotel was about 10 minutes away, so the food was hot when I got there. The dumplings were excellent, very well made. The chicken was good, but not as crispy as I would have liked, but that's because of the take out condensation in the container. The potatoes were great, very spicy as I requested. My expectations were low, but I enjoyed my meal and would recommend.

Was truly most blown away by this place. The food was so high quality, our waitress was most kind, the prices are more than fair, and we got free lemonade and watermelon for dessert. I’ll be coming back here again soon, truly the best bang for your buck that I’ve experienced in a long time.

It was nice and comfort dine in experience. The restaurant was not fancy interior but had clean and bright dining room. Service and taste was nice. Comfort place to try chinese food with decent price and portion.

I ordered 2 meats combo, lemon chicken and beef brocolli with steamed rice! Food is so good! Presentation, proportion and taste are just spectacular! Inlove their cold sweet tea as well!

I've been coming here sporadically over the past 6 months and every experience is exceptional. The level of service and kindness is unmatched- she really cares about her food and your experience with her. The food quality is top tier; always hot, and consistently delicious. I cannot recommend this place enough. Seriously, you're going to love it! Make sure to check out their lunch special during the week. Hard to pass up!

We get food from My Chinese Dish in Burlington often. It’s always so fresh and delicious - you can tell that lots of care goes into the food quality and preparation. Inside the restaurant is always spotless and clean, and the owners are welcoming and friendly. Service is fast, accommodating and efficient. My partner and I love their chicken and noodle dishes as well as their dumplings, but everything we have tried on the menu is great. It’s our go-to Chinese restaurant in Burlington, I highly recommend it!

I went there with my boyfriend to order the family meal for 2 to go. I was surprised to see that the we were allowed to choose our dishes. That was a huge bonus for me because I enjoy that freedom as opposed to meal plans that were already pre determined. The women who I believe was the owner was extremely friendly and even offered us this mint lemonade tea while we waited for our food. It was extremely refreshing and please note, she grew the mint from her own backyard! What an amazing touch. We ordered the fried noodles, the general Tso chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and her homemade dumplings. Everything tasted so amazing and honestly for the price, you can't go wrong! I highly recommend this place if you enjoy your share of Chinese dishes. I know we will definitely be going back for more :

Went here on good recommendation from others. Placed a large order for a work lunch, and I felt a little guilty for placing it right as they opened, but everywhere else I was familiar with was closed. Impressed! The food was timely, hot, fresh and generous portions. Very sweet to offer hot tea to customers waiting for their takeout orders. : My coworkers were all happy with the quality of the food, specifically the two chicken dishes sesame honey garlic + general tso, good meat-to-breading ratio, none were gelatinous cartilage or just fried batter. Also not very greasy food overall, which is sort of expected part of the takeout experience. The only let down was the spring rolls are pretty basic and bland, but nothing to really complain about -- very good value. A new favourite for me, and a great lunch option for when all other places don't open until 1 or 2 in the afternoon.

Great food and excellent service. The portions are HUGE for the price! The food was even brought out to my car which I thought was so nice and unexpected. Will be going back again! We ordered the meal for 2 and a side of veggies. We also received 2 lemon lime drinks which was a nice surprise.

I took my son, age 12 with me. He ordered the Sweet and sour chicken combo and I ordered the XianJiang home made noodles. My son gobbled up the vegetables, said they were delicious and fresh! My noodles were delicious as well. Great service, really polite, accommodating and friendly! It's a small restaurant but very clean. Great experience there.
