Secretary Emily thinks she’s a doctor ,rude ignorant diagnosing me on the phone and wouldn’t make me an appointment after telling me they have many openings. Told me go else where . Wouldn’t give me a supervisor or boss to speak with or a number to call . I just wanted to see a doctor about my issue. Heath care at hospitals is very sad in Canada these days .

Doctor is rude and coc** 3 times now he hasn't wanted to give my children antibiotics they needed after seen elsewhere and pharmacist called him out for low dose and not following iwk protocol on what are recommended alternatives to the antibiotics given before beyond rude did not want any info after I refused talk of not needing antibiotics for serious issue when my daughter was on them for 3 days and they were making problem go away just nasty!

Must say, the desk clerk should not be working with the public as miserable as she is. She was horribly rude, condescending and over all a horrible person that hates her job and everything about it. The nurse was nice and thw doctor was just OK but what can you expect if the receptionist was like that, you can't expect everyone else to be cheery either, will definitely go to truro next time whether it's an 18 hour wait or not.

the receptionist / desk lady needs to either get fired or resign because clearly she hates her job. I’d rather drive an hour in the other direction to avoid any encounter with that miserable woman ever again.
