I am a new patient to this clinic and I had a fabulous experience. The entire staff was professional, extremely helpful and fun. Dr. Stewart explained everything through the entire exam so I have a deeper understanding of everything to do with me eyes. I highly recommend them.
I had a great experience here at FYIdoctors! I just recently moved to the Bracebridge area and needed to update my prescription. The staff here were amazing, super friendly and very knowledgeable! I had a full eye exam done and ordered some new glasses from FYI and I would certainly return for my next! My eye condition and prescription is very complicated which has been problematic in the past for me with other eye doctors but these folks nailed it! They knew exactly what I needed and got me back to 20/20 vision in just a couple weeks and at a reasonable price too! Great selection of glasses and all the equipment needed for complex prescriptions! I'm glad I gave my business to these folks and highly recommend them if you want to make sure you get the perfect pair of glasses or contacts : UPDATE: it's been about 2 or 3 months now since I first received my new glasses. I had an issue with one pair of glasses which ended up being a manufacturers issue. FYI was very professional in handling the situation and promptly helped me pick out a new pair of glasses and ordered them in just as quickly! I was out of town when they arrived and FYI offered delivery to my location and would have arranged everything again very professional I had a friend in Bracebridge that was going to visit me so I arranged with them to have him pick up my new pair and bring them to me. FYI also offered to readjust the new glasses next time I'm in town should they not fit properly. But they fit perfectly when I received them! All in all these folks at FYI are very professional, very diligent in making sure you are looked after and taken care of! When I move to the area I am certain I have a long term eye care center to take care of me :
I had an eye-exam appointment with Dr. Stewart and she was phenomenal and made it a pleasant experience! She answered any questions I had about my vision and as a new patient I couldn't be happier. She gave me a ton of insight about my specific concerns which really impressed me and she is incredibly witty : Muskoka Vision's staff was also stellar providing me with reminders of my appointment a few days before, as well as taking great care to follow guidelines for the pandemic during my appointment. I feel fortunate that I have found such a wonderfully enthusiastic optometrist and highly recommend her care!
Wasn’t very impressed with this business. First of all there was no parking and the staff basically yelled at me to park very far from the establishment claiming it was their place to park. Expecting me to walk with my two children and cross the busiest road in bracebridge . Then I was about 20 mins late so I was deleted from the visit and my sons, who basically have 20 20 vision were taken to see the doctor eventhough I claimed that I was the one who is basically ialmost blind to the point that I passed their establishment 4 or 5 times. Because my eyesight is that bad. Then, I explained a few issues to the dootelling her my sons have perfect vision and im guessing my sight is probably the most important to address since I’m the one driving them around constantly. I was pretty much ignored the entire time, I might as well speak to a brick wall next time. Why ask me anything then if your not even going to take the time and listen to me anyway? Plus their eyeglass selection was atrocious, one frame looked worse then the other. Probably fate that I didn’t end up “seeing “ anyone anyway.

Visiting the area from out of Province, my grandson broke his glasses, they were excellent in repairing the glasses for us, pleasant people.
Went there Friday August 2nd and I have to say I’m very pleased with the amazing service I Received the second I step through their door. The ladies working there are awesome and super friendly and Dr. Bowser is really Nice and you can tell he really cares about his patients. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Also they have such a great Variety of glasses and they really know their stuff!
Great experience from start to finish...would recommend to anyone looking for exceptional eye care from some really wonderful people
Staff are very nice but way to long for my glasses to come back too office
