My doctors, Dr. Hotson and Dr. Nairn are amazing. Very attentive. Susan, the nurse practitioner, is the best. So so sweet. I give these ones 5 stars. The receptionists, on the other hand, are very rude and condescending. Specifically, Cathy and Stephanie. The other reviews say the same. This needs to be addressed. There’s absolutely no room in this world for rude people.

The BMAC team is wonderful, they are such a kind supportive group. I never feel rushed with Dr Rix, he is very patient and knowledgeable. It is a great office!

20 years ago I was looking for a doctor because there were non in the small town where I lived. I found Dr Ken Hotson was taking new patients in Bracebridge. He is the best doctor I have had in my 75 years. When the Bracebridge Medical Arts opened I found they provided so many services that they covered almost everything. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Receptionist is extremely rude, condescending, and obnoxious towards patients on the phone. Not the first time that I’ve phoned, and been spoken to in such a disgraceful manner. When I said I wanted to file a complaint, she wouldn’t get management, and continued to be rude to me. Subpar care from a family practice that once was great. I’d fire Stephanie!

Called the after hours clinic to get my one step TB test done for work. The lady on the phone was very rude and told me that the after hours clinic is for urgent care/needs but then proceeded to give me an appointment time. Was very dramatic and sighed when I stated that I needed it done before I start work and I couldn't get in to see my family doctor before I started so I was advised to go to the after hours clinic. Beyond disgusted with the lack of care and rude tone used. I do not recommend this clinic and would recommend you wait in the ER for hours instead of wasting your time with this horrendous clinic. Also, if it is for such urgent care and needs, shouldn't you just go to the hospital instead? Ridiculous

This is sad because my experience with the main people has been life long and the issues I am experiencing have only been in the last 3-5 years. -Been trying to get the right medication but my doctor disappeared -Prescription refill requests also disappear frequently -As well there's referrals that never happen -You CANNOT bring up the issue- things only get worse If this keeps up I will have no choice but to file a report

Lovely building but has the worst parking lot. Right when you turn into the parking lot there’s a massive bump causing the front of my car to hit the bump causing damage to my car. You can’t loop around the parking lot you just end up at a dead end.

Denise is the best. Seriously. I'm not taking my goddamn shoes off though, hire maintenence staff like every other business. Five doctors with housekeepers can hire someone to sweep and mop their office.
