Excellent doctor. Takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Very thorough when explaining a diagnosis. I find her very professional, understanding and open to talk to.

I have read several reviews stating that the secretary was disorganized, rude, etc. However, when I went to the office the secretary was very polite and helpful.

I must say that the dr. was awesome. It seems her secretary was the problem... Dr Ursell is the only one who has helped me andI've seen my fair share of Dr's. I'm truly grateful!

Booked my husband's first appointment with her. He sat in her waiting area for and hour. No receptionist or sign stating reception was away. When Dr. finally came out she was extremely rude and abrasive stating the appointment was for 2019....I booked it in the Fall of 2019....not possible. We will requesting a referral to someone who will be part of our healthcare team...not an additional stressor.

I wait 6 month for an apointement for my wife...few days before the appointment ,got a call to confirm...we conform...but in the day,they called us at 7:00 aM , that the appointment is cancelled and to call them for a new appointment we called back ,nobody answers ,so we leave an message...no one called us back...they were supossed to cal in 1-3 business days ...I read from the rewiews that is a waste of time seeing this doctor ? Why is she aloud to perform this business ? Maybe is she good neurologyst ,but not for the people who needs her skills. If she really is skilled ! with this kind of doctors don't advertise that Canada having a good healthcare system. for customer service is 0.0000

Very personable & efficient when being seen. Impossible to reach for little things to hermight not even have read the file.As is your Dr. Would except receptionist or her to get back by phone 3 days later. I am from far away.

Amazing, she is kind and caring places your needs first listens to hat you say. by far best neurologist i have ever had

On the positive note, Dr. Ursell is intelligent. But phone calls don't get answered, detailed messages dont get answered - follow ups seem impossible.

She is an amazing Dr. She listens and explain everything with care
