Good service, great parking, never too crowded.  Good food, best of all it's not Starbucks.  Oh and they're licensed.

Prices imho are on the high side. The place was dirty - tables were not cleaned when I stepped in at 12:30pm. Was not that busy, so dishes couple have been picked up and tables wiped down for new customers.
