Tim Hortons

Went through the drive thru today to grab some lunch. Had to repeat myself 5 times to get the items ordered. When I got to the window she barked at me cash or debit instead of a hello. She handed out the food and when I looked down to check the bag she told me to hurry up that there were people waiting behind me. I asked her what she said because I couldn't believe that I was being rushed for checking to see if my food order was correct. ( I check because it's usually missing something). Tim Horton's - You need to train your employees on the menu and how to speak to customers.... Won't be coming back again.

The staff wasn't rude but had a coupon for a breakfast sandwich and I didn't even receive the item on the coupon. Also, had a toasted English muffin and the English muffin was raw. Nice people but they need some training.

Counter people are friendly but they get my order wrong frequently. Not just the wrong item, but forgetting things entirely. Very frustrating.

A disgrace to Tim Horton himself. Out of stock of any thing and everything all the time. Can I have a take 12? Nope. Bagel with cream cheese? No we ran out of cream cheese. Double double? Sorry we're out of coffee. HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?! Seriously, corporate needs to intervene at this place and tell them how to run a coffee shop. On top of all this, after asking 5 other people, they all say that they've never once gotten a completely correct order.

This Tim Hortons has the most incompetent staff I've ever dealt with. Both employees don't know how to make a simple bagel. It wouldn't make a difference if two trained monkeys were in the Tim Hortons uniforms. Never coming back to this zoo again.
