Lovely agents working at the counter. The lines appear huge but the wait time really isn’t bad. I was here on Monday afternoon 3pm, and Wednesday morning 10am. Both agents that I spoke with during my two visits were very helpful, quick, respectful and kind. A huge thank-you to Mary who went over a whole bunch of paperwork with me, answered all of my questions, and was very patient with my case!

They just want to rip your money out of your pocket. I got a fine that I parked less than 5m from a fire hydrant. I measured it, it was around 4,5m, there was no sign at the side or marker at the road. Otherwise just a normal parking road where everyone parks at the side.

Most disorganized place I’ve ever been too. Made me go back and forth from there to the SAAQ. One person tells me one thing the other tells me another thing.

Called the court to see why I got this very weird scam-looking letter that claimed I'd be getting my license suspended. First call wait time : 120 minutes, second call didn't even give me the option to wait. Immediately after calling their service I recieved a scam call about my social security being suspended. I'd give them less than one star if possible, especially for the lack of security regarding my personal number.

If you don't mind that the whole system is rigged to stack fines on top of fines faster than most people can pay, that they still force people to come in during covid cuz they don't care about citizens and don't know about computers, nevermind that they provide no recourse whatsoever when bailiffs lie and break the law to collect, or when towing companies lie and screw up people's cars and abandon them in the middle of nowhere, or that the clerks are all rude little tyrants mad on their very limited power, and nevermind that they frequently send notices later than they're supposed to so that people get judged guilty by default and incur extra fees... nevermind all that, and it's kind of a nice building, I guess.

Slow service, chatting tellers while 30 people waiting in line during a pandemic, full of attitude guard who speaks no English and speaks poor French. This place is still 20 years behind similar court houses in Canada.

I am trying to get a Restreint driving License to work and no one is anwsering plus when you give a call back number they call back and hang up. I sent e-mail no one is confirming treatment of request. What is this place. What do i need to do to get service ???? This is horrible.

There is not even a second from the time Ive stepped in until the moment i went out for which they even tried to make it at least seem to be a kind of good customer service.I have worked for quite a while in corporate and customer service jobs, and if only i acted twice like the way this employee acted there, with eyes closed and with complete confidence i would’ve face the door and started looking for another job. RIDICULOUS AND DISGUSTING

It’s a waste of time talking to this people they gonna make you wait for more than hours and in the end they will say they can do nothing about it specially with this guys Name ‘Assrap’ And this cop name Ouimet D waiting in every corner of the street stopping driver for no reason For hitting the orange light

made me travel from another province to the country's largest covid hotspot because a judge thought an e-signature was unsuitable. The people running this circus should be sentenced, not doing the sentencing.
