Was served quickly, efficiently, courteously and with a smile (gentleman with glasses and a beard). Bilingual staff and not particularly busy midday on a weekday.

Horrible service. Got to the reception desk, the agent checked my papers said they are good. Told me the wait time is about 30 minutes. About 30 minutes later my name is called. The lady in the office tells me that my papers have not been correctly filled so I have to go to the computer and fill them all over again. I fill them out, the girl at the reception desk says I have to restart the waiting process. All this could have been avoided if the person at the reception desk knew what he was talking about.

Useless people that don't understand most of anything that's going on. I was told it would be a 5 week wait for my passport if I went there vs another passport location, to the point where the guy said he wouldn't take my application. How does that even make sense, he even tried to send me to Laval to get it done because it would take 2 weeks, even though I told him someone else I know just got theirs, from this location, within 1 week of filing their papers. Again, completely useless people.
