1 star purely for facilities. Had an appointment to create a baby's passport - no working elevator, no quiet breastfeeding space, not even in the bathroom, which had no toilet seat cover and no diaper changing table. For a government building, I'm appalled.nnThankfully the service agent was very kind and helpful, the process went quickly so we were able to leave to feed and change the baby in our car.

I came without any appointments. The staff was amazing. People know very well their job. Every single person was very competent. Ekaterina did an awesome job and her colleagues as well! Took me not longer than 30-40 mins!

I went here to renew my passport. The service provided was so quick and efficient, everyone was polite and friendly. The whole process went super smooth. Thank you Julien for your help!
