If you don’t have an appointment, waiting takes time. So better to show up early. Even better to make an appointment.nA bit slow service especially on the first line but still, caring and listening people. I got my SIN without a problem.

Great service across the board. Max at reception was super helpful and went out of his way to assist people who struggled with tech when the queue was empty. Fabio was very friendly and efficient, he had my documents in my hand within minutes. Will definitely be sticking to this service centre.

For canada passport…you have to fill a form, have a guarantor sign on it, put his info such as passport number…etc, plus two references, plus guarantor sign on photos,nSuch a hectic process for the new passportnCanada can digitize a lot of things, it has the ressources and there are smart people around here, hope this process will improve soon

Terrible service. Came in early and waited until the closing hour for them to call my name. And they didn’t even call my name people that came 15 minutes earlier went before me. I’m very disappointed and it’s a terrible service. I hope they change the staff because they do not know how to do their job.

Only took me 30 mins to get a new passport compare with Rene Levesque 300 people line up.
