Story

Mukwonago Park is nestled in the southwest quarter of Waukesha County. This 355-acre park includes a high ridge, formed during the last glacial period, which stretches nearly the length of the park. Park visitors of all ages will be delighted to discover the park's commanding view of the rolling terrain and farmlands typical of southwestern Wisconsin. While strolling through the oak savanna ridge, you may spot a red tailed hawk or turkey vulture.

Good place for the weekend getaway with kids or a day trip. Lake is nice, big and close to campsites. Sites are roomy, reasonably priced. Friendly staff but did not explain policies or provide information on camping after I asked and told them it was my first time.I did not know park and camping was separate and had to pay two times. Did not mind paying but its cash only I rarely carry cash and if I dnt not have cash on hand after setting up everything probably would have had to pack up and leave at 8pm when the park ranger comes to visit. We enjoyed our time. I would recommend a visit. Park has alot to offer.

The dog parks are very nice, and very large. Much larger than nashota and bigger than minooka

Easy to find. Small and quiet nice place to relax and have some outdoor fun.

It's a big area, but not so attractive, no child play area inside the park, went for a family get together, kids did not have fun
