The service at this location sucks. The process to order is disorganized (as there is no sign that says order here) and everyone just walks up. After being skipped twice I finally placed my order and paid using an Amex. When I asked for a receipt the attendant said I can't get one and I should have told them in advance I was paying by Amex. WTH? As the customer you took my money don't tell me I can't get a receipt because your register won't balance. Or put up a sign that says we do not accept Amex. After some banter she provided a receipt but just flung her hands in the air. Maybe she was having a bad day but overall her tone was unacceptable as well as the reason. This place is another example of how customer service is on the decline.
