Food is good , service was good , unfortunately I am rating stars because I requested to replace my bacon and sausage by pancakes and cashiers refused with smile on her face .

Great food, friendly staff, unreliable morning opening times. Every time I have eaten here the food has been great and the staff has been very polite, but every time I have gone by in the morning it has opened either half an hour later than the listed schedule on Google or has opened 10-15 minutes late. EDIT: I showed up at 9:50 AM today (Sunday), assuming it would be open as the hours say it opens at 8:30 AM (previously stated 8:00 AM), only to find it still not open. I waited 25 minutes for it to open (10:15 AM), when I went to order I, and the other handful of customers, found out that the computer system was locked and none of the employees knew the password so they couldn't serve anyone until the manager showed up.

A&W is always yummy, love the root beer and the prices are fantastic! Customer service is very good considering its one of the busiest places in the west island.
