Le Centre local de développement des Collines-de-l'Outaouais est un organisme à but non lucratif qui soutient et promeut le développement économique local.

Story

Le Centre local de développement des Collines-de-l’Outaouais met à la disposition de sa population des services d’aide technique et de financement en entrepreneuriat. Les services du CLD s’adressent à la fois aux entrepreneurs, entreprises individuelles, collectives, privées ou sociales. L’offre de services du CLD fournit information, accompagnement, financement, réseautage et formation.

Information : afin d’élaborer, évaluer et valider le potentiel de projets d’entreprises, le CLD dispose de bases de données sur
l’économie et la population, ainsi que l’outil Banque de terres, permettant de caractériser les terres agricoles. De plus, le CLD offre une variété de documents modèles utiles à la gestion de l’entreprise. La clientèle bénéficie de l’expertise des conseillers du CLD et ainsi recevoir des services de consultation, orientation et référence.

Accompagnement: à toutes les étapes du développement d’une entreprise : aide à la réalisation de plan d’affaires, études de
préfaisabilité, préparation d’états financiers prévisionnels, recherche de financement, encadrement à la gestion de l’entreprise, parrainage d’entreprises (coaching ou mentorat d’affaires).

Financement : montage financier, recherche de financement auprès d’institutions financières et de réseaux gouvernementaux, fonds et programmes de subvention ou de prêt du CLD.

Réseautage et formation : le CLD favorise les échanges et le maillage entre entrepreneurs et intervenants du milieu. Ateliers de formation et de perfectionnement, présentations et conférences.

De plus, le CLD planifie et réalise le développement économique du territoire. Pour ce faire, le CLD prépare et dépose un Plan d’action pour l’économie et l’emploi (PALÉE).

Mission

La mission du CLD des Collines-de-l’Outaouais est de contribuer au développement économique et au développement local en veillant à stimuler, promouvoir et soutenir l’entrepreneuriat privé, l’entrepreneuriat d’économie sociale et l’entrepreneuriat collectif de façon durable sur l’ensemble du territoire de la MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais.

In 2017 my car broke down on the 323. Officer stops and I assumed they would ask if I needed assistance. Nope. Slaps me with $200 fine for parking on the side of a highway even though I was just waiting for a tow truck. Honestly, go eff yourselves. I assume the real charge was "driving with Ontario plates".
Embarrassingly grubby and cash grabbing municipality ticketing out-of-province drivers Ontario in particular for unlocked cars or for not having renewed plates, after the Ford-refund debacle that had led to many not understanding when their plates expire, leading to a $500 fine, which is pointless to fight. Beware if you are visiting sites like Spa Nordik or Camp Fortune - these are 'public-private' lots and these businesses do not care one bit that their Municipality is using their clientele for a cash grab. Seriously, this municipality needs to grow up and get a real business plan to run their services instead of the corrupt enterprise of inflated infractions over 'gotcha' issues.
If I could give a minus 1, I would!! Instead of having their cops on the roads they are at Nordik Spa checking for Ontario cars that forgot to renew their license plates, totally unbelievable. That is why I will never go back! And Nordik spa, should give a heads up to all Ontario drivers when they come in.
I just got a ticket for $494 for my Ontario licence plate sticker being expired at Nordik Spa. The whole thing is in French so I literally don’t know what to do…. No one picks up the phone.

Ensure to check your license plate stickers as a couple days late will leave you with a hefty fine from this money hungry municipale that has nothing better to do than walk around parking lots Nordik & Camp Fortune to ticket parked cars. They Charged $500 for expired tags. I understand giving someone a fine for neglecting to ré-register on time but $500?!?!?! That is baffling considering Ontario’s fine is $110. Their unreasonable and lazy way to make money doesn’t make me want to return anytime soon!
Corrupt employees and leadership looking to steal money from Canadians and love to target Ontario drivers. $500 for expired tags? Forgetting to charge your credit card with the agreed upon settlement amount so they can increase? Scanning parking lots for Ontario expired tags? It's all abuse of power.
This Quebec system is the most corrupted system I ever seen. I was stopped by Croteau Symeon he targeted me because I have an Ontario plate. He was rude as hell, he made no sense so I went to fight my ticket only to acquire more fines just for choosing to go talk to a judge. From the police, to the prosecutor all abusing their power by thinking they are above the law because they have their legal position. Their whole system for fighting for your rights is messed up. They add all kinds of random amounts to your original ticket. My ticket was 225 the judge dropped it to 135, when I go to pay, they add extra 180+40+cost to see a judge. At the end I have to pay 335 when originally my ticket was for 225. How does any of this make sense?
MRC des colon & this courthouse are a bunch of scammers targeting ONTARIO. All the reviews I read on here seem to be true considering i experienced the exact same. WE NEED CHANGE in this region ASAP! very beautiful drive but is it really worth it? Staff at courthouse very rude & lazy.
This is the worse service I have ever encountered at a Court House. The staff is not helpful and doesn’t try to lead you in the proper direction what so ever especially when you are trying your best to understand the system. They definitely should consider changing staff to people that enjoy their jobs and want to help the public and doesn’t hang up the phone while you are speaking! There is lots of different trainings out there to help your staff understand how to have a good client EXPERIENCE that you should definitely have your staff undergo. 0 star rating
