Woman was extremely rude, we had everything ready for her but she refused to take any of the paper work, accused one of us being somewhere else even though there was clear proof of him staying here in Canada, and also very judgemental. Honestly, she doesn't have the proper social skills and going there would be a waste of time

If you can't handle the volume why bother opening a one person office. The computer equipment was down when we were there after a scheduled road test and they couldn't follow thru on the final paperwork. You have to go back during non-condusive work hours or go into the city to have this finalized. Province of Ontario Gov: terrible "Customer Service" for your tax dollars. No thank you!!

I can't believe the negative reviews about this lady, I have been dealing with her for probably 25 yrs and she is more than willing to help solve problems , I have never heard her being rude to anyone on any of my visits and seeing some of the people she has to deal with at times I would say that she has the patience of a saint , and as far as her being slow I'm sure you complainers have noticed she works alone and seeing that she owns the place then that's her prerogative so if your not happy with her service then go somewhere else, that's your prerogative.

People these days have no respect or patience she is but ONE person!! I have been dealing with her for a minimum of 30 years and have NEVER had ANY issues, go there READY and KNOWING what YOU are doing and don't expect her to break any rules because she cannot and will not!! she is privately owned and gets slapped on the wrists easily by the government if any mistakes etc, so give the woman a chance to do her job without whining and complaining.

I get it shes only one person working at this location but if the business hours says that its open at 9am then open at that time not after 9am as there was couple of people that waited to go in has left.
