Sadly, very poor. We had a non-emergent plumbing issue. The tech came and used classic pressure sales tactics to get a purchase from my wife who is ignorant of what costs should be. Only then did they perform the work. $400 for a 5 min job. The job description was written afterwards, using verbage such as 'drove around to a few stores to find the part'.... 

Then it was very difficult to discuss with them my issues. It took a month to get any resolution. We received 15% off.

Be very careful dealing with this outfit... I never will again, and everyone I talk to will know of the shady dealings...
