I looked up Mr. Rooter via google and took a chance. It paid off! I was provided excellent service, same day, all resolved, and fair price. Big shout out to rockstar Ryan. He knows his stuff!

Ryan is an outstanding plumber who truly saved the day! Despite it being late in the evening on a holiday with a house full of relatives, he made himself available promptly. His quick response and excellent service were impressive. Not only did he efficiently resolve the plumbing issue, but he also took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Ryan's personable nature and informative approach made the whole experience stress-free-ish. If you're in need of a reliable plumber who goes the extra mile, Ryan is definitely the one to call!

I tried to snake the problem myself but couldn't get the job done. I called Rooter Plumbing and they came on short notice and and fixed the septic clog. Great service.

A very professional and competent technician diagnosed & resolved our blocked kitchen drain.

Colin came out to see us for a Spetic tank/pump issue. He did absolutely everything he could and managed to avert a disaster. Given the time late night and dark and the fact our pump had given up he didn't go any further as didn't want to have to charge us for things that were unlikely to make any difference. Once we had the system pumped he came back out to finish the job and went above and beyond cleaning our tank as well. Again did everything he could to help and solve our issue while working hard, being patient with us and polite. New pump on the way and then we will be back up and running.nnWe live outside their zone so there is a travel charge and it has been worth every penny for the service we have received and will 100% be calling back for any future issues.
