Great website and that’s where it ends. I much prefer to complement than complain but I don’t want anyone else to suffer as I have. I wanted a Gas supply capping off. A Morgan’s engineer attended and said parts would need to ordered but they’d be there in 48 hours. A week later I phoned and “they’d send a fitter between 4-6pm” No one turned up. I phoned the following morning. “Very sorry he ran out of time and no, we can’t do today so it’ll be tomorrow between 4 and 6pm” Worried by my previous experience I phoned at 4.45pm to confirm someone was coming “yes, he’s just signed off his previous job. You’re next” I waited in the building site until 7pm. No one came. Either I’m the unluckiest person on the planet or all these ‘happy clients’ are relatives. I asked for owner Steve? to phone me. No call ever received. This is no way to run a company in my humble opinion
