Mavco Plumbing & Heating Ltd

After waiting over 24 hours for ANOTHER company where my furnace came from to get back to me and they never did, I called Mavco as I saw they have 24 Hour Emergency Service. I was immediately patched through to a service technician named Bill who guided me through what to do to get my furnace working again. I'm so impressed by the speed in which I was able to talk to someone and the fact that Mavco didn't want to rip me off. In minus 10 degree weather one would think that a company where my furnace was purchased would get back to me immediately but nothing. THANK YOU for honest, immediate service MAVCO! I will now be using you for all my furnace and air conditioning needs!

Thanks Mavco! I sure would not want to be without my AC in the middle of a Penticton summer. They saved the day - despite being extremely busy they came over quickly and were very reasonably priced too!

called for a dripping toilet not 5 mintues and the guy was here. fixed in minutes .awesome!

Today was my first experience with Mavco (drainage div) and I am happy. I went into the office this morning to see if Mavco could clear my main drain pipe and locate it for excavation and replacement. The young lady told me that somebody should be able to make it out in the afternoon, which was fine with me as long as it was done today as today is a friday. An hour later she called me saying that a tech had some down time at a job so she would send him to me. Greg showed up and was very courteous and professional. He didn't seem to mind me watching him work, and he obviously was well practiced with the equipment. Hour and a half and $350 later the job was done and I was happy to use my plumbing again. Thanks to Greg and Mavco for the help today. Mike
