I have had a lot of bad experiences with plumbers in the past but Mr. Rooter is different. I called the office and the dispatcher was very polite. She said that a technician will arrive within the hour. Shortly after Paul arrived. He was very polite and took his time to listen to all my questions and understand my situation. I liked how he gave me a few options from good to best. The prices are reasonable and his work backed it up! Paul did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you Mr. Rooter, I will definitely be using you again and recommending it to everyone I know.

Paul (the technician) just fixed my problem. I am very happy how this company solved my issue. All the three Mr. Rooter people contacted were very kind and you feel even over the phone that they are totally willing to understand what is happening and trying to do their best to help you, despite I called the company at 11pm yesterday! Paul did a very very good job, he is very professional, respectful, conscious person, and willing to do his best as well. Again I am very happy, I openly could recommend this company to anybody looking for a quick, gently, professional company to solve any plumbing issue. Thanks Mr. Rooter you simply gave me what I was expecting from you. Thousands thanks.

We had an emergency situation at our business location in Mississauga. We called Mr. Rooter. The reception was very friendly and professional. She was willing to help and made sure my service call was replaced right away. It made me feel "help is on the way". Within the hour, the plumber came, Neil who is the plumber. He did a fantastic job. We highly recommend Neil from Mr Rooter for all your plumbing issues. He is the go-to guy and does the job very well. It is never an easy or clean job when it comes to plumbing problem. Thank you, Neil for all you have done for us. We greatly appreciated! This is our first experience with Mr. Rooter. We will definitely call them again with any plumbing issue.

From Nick Wang: On Sep.19, I requested Mr. Rooter to install a kitchen faucet. Todd White was sent to my house. He finished the task professionally and also offered me an advice to install two quarter-turn valves. This initiatives makes me worry-free and efficient without having to shut down the main valve in case that the worse scenario happens in the future. As a customer, I think that any such kind of knowledge are always welcomed to help preventing the trouble and save time. Good job!

I called Mr. Rooter @ 11:30 am in their office and scheduled me an available technician between 12 to 3 pm. At 2:10 Paul Pantaleon the plumbing technician arrived. He solved the clogged drainage pipe by just looking at the structure of the pipe and knows exactly where the problem lies and recommended the right machine to use it. It didn't take so long to do it. The problem was done fast. He did the work professionally. I strongly recommend this guy. He also advised me the technique on how to drain properly and things to be avoided while draining. Thanks Paul. Excellent job done.
