GTA Plumbing Ltd

I had water leaking from my upstairs bathroom and didn't know where it was coming from. I called GTA and spoke to the dispatcher. She was very helpful. She helped me turn off the water until try were able to send a plumber. The plumber came and was able to fix the leak and get my water turned back on. The service was very good and the pricing was reasonable. I would recommend them to family and friends and will definitely use them again if necessary.

Wanted to sort out a leak in one of my rental properties. They said they would send a plumber to assess the leak and call me. When the plumber got there, he just shut the water off and left without calling. I get a call from the renters afterwards that the problem was not fixed. I also get a call from the plumber after the weekend stating what needed to be fixed. I told them that they should have called me the first time so I can sort it out. GTA Plumbing then states I must pay for another call for the plumber to fix the leak. They charged me $200 for the first call and all they did was shut the water. Would not refund the $200 and would not waive the second call for a plumber to fix the leak. Worst company to deal with. Would not recommend to anyone.

The gentleman who arrived did an excellent job taking care of us. Within minutes, he had returned flow to the kids' toilet and then diagnosed and repaired the slow flow in the master sinks. My issue is, dispatch said he would be at the house between 08:00 and 09:00. At 11:00 I called the office (since they didn't call me). I was passed to voicemail. The plumber who did take excellent care of us arrived at 13:00.

One of my toilets was leaking all over the place and I called GTA Plumbing. The lady who answered the phone, Iesha, was very friendly and polite. A plumber came within an hour or so, and all was fixed for a very reasonable price. Now, almost a month later, I have had no issues. I will definitely use their service again should I need a plumber.

my main drain was backing up all over my basement. I called gta in a panic. They were very helpful with getting a plumber to my house fast and fixing the problem. The plumber was very professional and polite. I was very pleased with the service and would call them again.
