When it comes to restaurant service, generally speaking; you receive good service, a friendly smile and good food. Drayton Valley Mr.Mikes has done just that. Brook Nelson was my server for the night and she blew my expectations out of the water when it comes to customer attentiveness, care and needs. The staff all around was fantastic but Brook really stood out and did go above and beyond what a server would do. If there’s a manager position coming available in the near future. I would highly suggest investing in your business and considering Brook for the position.
Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from our waitress Brooke Nelson at our last visit! The restaurant was busy, and she was able to balance our table and big a reservation she was looking after! Brooke was fun, helpful, and always had a big smile while displaying a relaxed competence. We will be back!
Enjoyed a steak sandwich, done to perfection. Substituted fries for a salad, of course I didn't read the menu correctly. All salad substitutions are an extra cost, beware! ... Nevertheless the salad was amazingly delicious. Server was friendly and helpful.
I have consistently been eating at Mr.Mikes while working out of town. I always have great service but it’s a real toss up between Diana and Danielle. They are both just the sweetest people always greeting you with a beautiful smile and ready to make your evening a great experience. I can’t really put one before the other so in my mind they both get two thumbs up. I definitely recommend asking to be in their section if you plan on stopping in.
I had Brooke as a server she has a bright smile and the service she gave to all her tables was amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better server. I highly recommend asking for her when you go to Mr. Mikes
Dinner at MR. Mikes in Drayton valley was impressive. Brooke Nelson was serving me and my family, she had a professional yet friendly attitude throughout the night and was on top of drinks and service like I have never seen before. I strongly suggest planning your next night away from home here for good food and great service.
The food was wonderful, came quickly and just as we ordered it. Our waitress was really good. I definitely would recommend this place.Food: 5/5
I gone here and to other locations dozens of times and can't say I've had a bad experience once. Food we had this time was better than usual. I highly recommend.Food: 5/5
Great Food and Service as always, Staff always has time to say Hi with a smile, makes you feel welcome thanks Brooke and Lindsay keep up the great service and work.
