The lady working was very short on patience and she refused to allow our vehicle to have 4 orders when nobody else was in the drive through. We had just worked a 19 hour day and it was incredibly frustrating that she would not work with us. Very rude.
Don't care for those pre-ordered machine, the staff don't pay attention to customers that would like to order at the cashier area, that would like to pay in cash. Some times you stand there for 10 minutes.
Only stopped for a coffee but the coffee was good. Usually I'm there for a big Mac and dipper sized fries and sodaFood: 5/5
Burger and nuggets were hot and fresh The fries were cold and not salted. What more can I say???Food: 3/5
After sitting in the reserve line for 15 minutes to get a black coffee, I walked in went behind the counter and poured my own coffee. People have places to be. I get that you are busy but 15 minutes for a black coffee is silly.

Always quick and assertive staff. Never have to wait and food/order is rarely wrong at all. Sometimes the dine in tables are messy, but often it's just people who suck at cleaning up after themselves and the people who work there are too busy to deal with it.
I'm not sure what's happened over the last 6 months. Previously had no issues. Training? Two incidents in a week. Our hot chocolate orders were only half full, next ordered two coffees 1.00 special donuts 4.99 clerk entered all individually then said bill was near 10.00 when questioned adjusted but when asked how much wouldnt answer paid in frustration was overcharged. Next given muffins returned got donuts. My coffee was incorrect. Frustrating for sure
