Mr.Master Locksmith Calgary

Slow I locked my keys inside my car, early on a Sunday morning. I called nine different "24/7" emergency lock services. When I called "Mr. Master Locksmith Calgary", a live human answered my call. Their price was reasonable ($63). However, the driver would not be available for 2-3hrs. Their website claims they have service of the highest quality. I guess quality takes time. While I waited, I learned how to unlock my own car.

The job was simple add locks to a patio door and a strike plate to the front door of a condo. The tech was late and couldn’t do anything so we rebooked for the following day, at 4 I got a call saying again reschedule for 6pm so I waited until 6 then at 6:15 I get call saying sorry it has to be rebooked again , for 630 the next day, I waited for an hour and no one came I called to to see what happened and was told “ oh the job was canceled the tech should have called” to which I said so I’ve been waiting for an hr for no reason? The reply was “ looks like it” at which point they hung up. This is a rental unit that I had to get the tenant to leave so we could be in the unit. I honestly can not believe the level of complete incompetence. I will be making a point to tell as many people that I can about the horrible service and lack of professionalism that your company displayed.
