6:20pm - Called the other guy from Next Door Locksmith. Worst mistake ever. 6:55pm, I'm told he'll try to be here in 15 minutes. 7:20pm - 1 hr quoted time elapses. 8pm, he doesn't pick up his phone. He finally shows up at 8:30pm claiming traffic troubles on deer foot. Yah right. Too late, I already cancelled the service call and David was en rte. David from B&W Home & Auto Locksmith was so kind, and so patient. He maintained contact, and let me know his gps estimated time of arrival. He was so gracious - came to the rescue and was absolutely amazing. Although this was not a typical scenario - I am so thankful that David was dependable and I knew he was here to help. When you call for a locksmith, you need dependability. David was this for me and so I recommend him to you.

The technician was very polite and professional with all our queries before he started with his entire work. He had it all done within the given time frame and was very impressed with the great job!

The locksmith was highly skilled and it was so easy communicating with him. He also shared tips on how to take good care of my locks. Their lock rekey service was superb!

The person who picked up the call was rude and unprofessional. The pricing seemed reasonable so I was going to pick them but initial dealing put me off. Never calling them again.
