Called with an emergency as my toddler locked herself in her room during nap time and he came over in the middle of a job as he was in my neighborhood. Unlocked the door super fast and was just kind enough to make my panic attack disappear.

Above and beyond service!! Prompt, professional, informative and even came back on a long weekend to fix a lock our movers damaged. Very impressed!!

I arranged an appointment and the guy showed up on time. Work was completed quickly; it took about an hour (maybe a bit less, I didn't pay too much attention to the clock) to re-key several locks and make copies of the new key. Prices were as advertised. Overall good experience.

Excellent service, and charges what was quoted over the phone! Several other "Locksmith" companies were vague on what the cost of opening up a car was going to be... "It depends on the type of car..." or "the locksmith will decide what to charge depending on how difficult the job is..." Mike at Family Man Guaranteed the rate regardless of what it would take to do the job. Highly recommended!
