Mr Komputer PC Support Services

All around a terrible experience. I read good reviews of this place so went in with a good image. They list their 'office' in a house. Not an issue and I do support independent small business. I took time and travelled to their shop on 220 Searle Ave. I knew the address was right since I cross checked it on their website. When I knocked, some old man replied and flat out said there is no computer repair shop here and closed the door. I immideately called the number on their website. I was told I will get a call back and I never did. This was nothing but a terrible and unprofessional experience. I would suggest anyone to go to a place where atleast there is someone who is professional enough to reply and also has a decent visible shop or location where you can atleast get to interact with someone who is going to repair your electronics.

I had a great experience with Mr. Komputer. My (very) old computer had died suddenly and he was helpful and considerate. He had my computer examined and found where the problem was - motherboard, Yikes! He offered me a newer computer for less than the repair would have been and even transferred my old files onto my new computer. So far I have been very happy with my new computer. Honest, helpful, and a decent fellow. I would recommend him. Many thanks for getting me back up and running so quickly.

I initially called Mr Komputer for a repair on an ailing laptop. Spoke with Matan on the phone and I decided to purchase a brand new one instead. He came across as likable and very knowledgeable when it came to my computer needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Matan to anyone looking for an honest transafction.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Matan, Mr. Komputer. He was very knowledgable and definatly knew what he was talking about. He repaired my laptop and I also purchased a new one from him. I was very satisfied with the service and updated \ new programs installed. I will definitly use him again. Thanks Matan👍

I had an issue with a broken DC jack in my laptop. I called Mr Komputer and was met with prompt service. I was able to drop off my computer and pick it up in close to 24 hours. Affordable and quick.
