Super helpful from the get go to switch over and upgrade my petite coffee bar. Walter and Bianca are knowledgeable, full of tips and and quick to answer any questions I have encountered. Even though my business is in B.C. I am so happy I stumbled upon them. Not only have I purchased equipment from Mr. Cappuccino, but I also use their staple Ottolina espresso for my customers. Recently purchased one of the Magister MS30 machines, and after pulling shots with the Mr. Cappuccino blends of espresso I won't use any other coffee in my grinder/machine. Best espresso ever! Really impressed with the equipment the store has to offer. Couldn't recommend them enough, the support was amazing with the owners giving me a complete rundown on how to use/maintain the equipment.

I originally bought my machine from this company 15+yrs. We have always handled our maintenance and small replacement parts ourselves. This time, I needed to change our salt filter. I was told that it had to be changed by them because the new filters had new tubes. If I called first, the exchange could be completed in a day about $35...not the experience I had. I called first and when I dropped it off I was told they were busy - OK I did not expect it back in a day it took a week. Cost? They would look at the machine and give me a call as to cost before they conducted the work. I will not bore you here with all the calls I made to them. All the lies I was told I am pretty smart, I listen when you continually contradict yourselves, of course I am too polite to call you liars to your face. Customer service is definitely not important to Mr Cappuccino. They do not call you, they do not give you estimates before the work is done. MAKE SURE you get all the parts of your machine back correctly I noted my handle missing when I picked it up. They said they never touched the handle - then why did they have to go to the back to find it? It also came home with the wrong basket - they 'noticed' we were using single shot basket never have - it was at home and double shot in the handle when I dropped it off, but not when I picked it up. At least when returned the next day they gave me the right basket. Apologies? Not a chance. In the end the bill came to $462. Should I have paid it? Perhaps not. I know if I need repair in the future I would rather throw out the machine, than ever walk through their door. Oh and that salt filter? I had to wait to have it installed when I picked up the machine, it had not been done.

Been buying my espresso from here for years and wouldn’t dare go anywhere else. The locally roasted beans are always fresh and delicious. When I have extra time I’m invited for a cappuccino in the back and spend a few minutes chatting with the owners. Highly recommended.

I’ve had a Silvia machine for approximately 4 years that I got from Mr.Cappuccino and it still runs smoothly. I also get basic maintenance done there, as needed and it’s a great experience each time. And my partner loves the different Italian espresso blends they have :

Some of the best and most delicious coffee in Canada. The consistency and flavor from our local roasters has never matched the beans that receive from Mr. Cappuccino. Each cup of the Buonogiorno blend espresso produces a beautiful crema and nice smooth flavor. I look forward to my cup of coffee every morning. Last year, we really enjoyed a special batch they roasted for their 40th anniversary. Please bring it back Mr. Cappuccino! We'll be trying some of their new filter coffee blends, maybe in a cold brew for the summer. In short, we won't buy coffee anywhere else. Thanks Mr. Cappuccino!

I went in looking for a part, while the husband was looking we were offered an espresso. My brother replied ," no thanks I don't drink them". She replied, " and that's why we don't sell to people like you"! My brother and I couldn't be live she would insult a first time customer like that. When I asked of the part price it was more than I was willing to pay and especially after the insult. I thought I would give them a second chance, went to ask about a different part and the wife said her husband will call me. Needless to say u never got the call. I tried calling a couple of other times and was given the same response. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this place for service or sales. Good luck with your business.

Friendly and knowledgeable service. They sell the best coffee I've ever tasted at a very good price. I always buy the cafe ottolina It's in a gold bag Very smooth, well balanced and has velvety texture. Overall pleasingly from start to finish.
