The service and whole experience was courteous and professional. Repair was executed and an additional issue corrected at the same time. My original service visit was credited to the repair on the second visit even though outside the standard 30 day window. Technician (Ken) was outstanding - a model professional. 100% satisfied and will use this company again.

If there was option for 0 stars I will give them that. Worst experience, DO NOT USE this service. Tristan, the manager has no regard for customer service and is rude. Fridge not cooling so tech came out told us needed $300 test and outcome could be need new fridge anyway. We opted for new fridge, spent time and $ to get new one. Then discovered the coils on existing fridge we dirty, so I cleaned them and fridge worked fine. Tech NEVER suggested this basic thing...Called and spoke to Tristan and she told me too bad, tech's don't suggest this very basic thing...Really?? I asked her for $ help with a new job and she said no, tough luck. Not proper way to run a business and I hope the owner reads this. TERRIBLE

I want to recognize that the technician that came to our home was professional and very honest. I have had him successfully repair other appliances in the past. Recently, we scheduled an appointment to repair our Kenmore Pro gas range. Unfortunately for everyone, Sears retains proprietary rights to Kenmore technical support for repairs which can make it difficult for other repair companies to diagnose technical/electronic issues. In an effort to help other Kenmore owners, I recommend going directly to Sears as they are the only authorized repair service for Kenmore appliances, especially if the appliance has a technical or electronic issues. For all other brands, I do recommend Mr. Appliance Rockingham. I appreciate that Mr. Appliance was able to waive the service appointment fee and feel they did make this most recent experience a good one in the end.

The appointment was scheduled for 12 to 4 and but the technician called at 9AM and said he'd be there in 10 minutes and that was the only time he could come. The scheduler had been told that this was a stacked dryer that would need to be lifted to service. When he arrived, the tech took one look and said that we'd have to get someone to move the unit and schedule another appointment. He still wanted to be paid $85 for the five minutes to tell us he wasn't going to do anything. I offered to help lift the dryer with him but he was not willing to do that. All in all, this outfit is sloppy and unprofessional. I won't call them again.

Able to get an appointment within a reasonable time. Service person came in the timeframe expected. Very nice people to deal with. Thank you
