The rooms here are so fun! Ours had a king bed with four bunk beds. The room was massive with a beautiful view and amazing sky light. There are two heated outdoor pools. One was a little too hot so you couldn’t stay in for much longer than ten minutes while the other was much cooler. The staff are so friendly and extremely accommodating! We received free drinks upon arrival along with snacks at the check in desk. This hotel has a hostel-like feel with the friendly atmosphere, games, food, and music! They have a bike room with a repair stand as well. There is covered parking for a fee. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the main Banff shops but is right on the main road. Highly recommend! Would stay here again!
Highly recommend this hotel! The location is stunning of course! and the rooms were well thought out and interesting. We stayed in a king suite, which had amazing views, could comfortably sleep 6, and had all the amenities we needed. The lobby and bar area are vibrant with lots of activities for everyone. All the staff cleaners, check-in, bar, etc are super helpful and friendly. My daughter and I stayed here as a graduation celebration and the staff went over and above to make sure our experience felt special. We will definitely be returning and have already recommend the Moxy to others!
Great hotel for a family. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Lots to do for the kids; swimming, hanging by the fire, playing games in the lobby, chilling in the circular swinging chair, and playing the hockey game. The hockey game is a favourite for sure. The vibe is great, the design of the rooms are cool and functional for a small space. It is just a 10-15 minute walk to the main strip with restaurants on the way. We had such a great experience the first time we came back a second time. I’m sure we’ll be back as the Moxy is our new favourite spot to stay in Banff.
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect spot! Cozy lounge area, friendly bartenders, and a huge room! The staff was so accommodating and made us feel at home. Shout out to Jordan and Alex for being so amazing!
