Mount Snow Grand Summit Resort

Something about check-in not being available until 3.00pm and not guaranteed until 6.00pm. This was hidden in fine print with some pretty ambiguous language. Front staff and housekeeping did a fairly decent job getting us in at a reasonable time. Loft room and hotel itself were a little dated. Three very different events booked for same weekend. Granted it was the off-season, but plenty of places on premises were closed despite the no vacancy. Would give this place another shot but was underwhelmed for the most part. Love to check it out during summer or winter.

Stayed for the weekend, and had a wonderful time. Great staff, and food. Unfortunately it was too early in the season for those perfect skiing conditions. Would definitely come back.

Only there for conference, not lodging. They did a very nice job with rooms, cocktail hour and banquet. Everything was well coordinated and food was very good.

Have had a great time. Great amenities and things to do. If you love the outdoors this is the place to be. The mountain view is spectacular. Food though is questionable at the Harrimens. My wife has had a bad stomach for the day from the pasta dish. My chicken dinner was not cooked thoroughly asparagus was over cooked to burnt. The Nature spa deep tissue massages for my wife and I (couples massage)was incredible.

Friendly good customer service nice rooms, really great amenities. Heated pool and spa. Early skiing so restaurants close early only bummer but great town.
