Great atmosphere. Motorcycle fame and nice decor. Food were yummy and well presented. We really liked their signature pizza in wood burning style and we tried the special pizza doughs, one with bamboo charcoal and one with avocado with extra $2 & $3. They were absolutely delicious. We could see the chef was tossing the pizza dough from our table. Great work!! The only concern was there were only 2 servers working on the family day. Our lunch came over an hour. We will definitely give a second try next time to Motorino.
Overall pretty good, really liked the calamari and grilled lemon. The pizza unfortunately left something to be desired as the bottom of it was burnt to a crisp. Though the restaurant made it right afterwards without issue. I believe the managers name is Alex, amazing service.
The level of ecstasy your palate will enjoy from the crispy fried artichokes with basil pesto is reason enough to visit Motorino North. On top of this you’ll also enjoy the grilled octopus with charred lemon and arugula salad with mushrooms. I would be remiss if I didn’t also laud the authentic Italian wood-burning oven pizza. Enhancing the experience was the top notch service from Inesa. I highly recommend Motorino!
The server was nice. Service took a bit long considering the resturant wasn’t that full though. Drinks were good but overpriced one cocktail averaged at $14. The pastas we ordered were plain. I enjoyed the pizza more. Overall, not a bad experience, but probably won’t return because the food was average but overpriced.
The food taste so good, so fresh, anything we ordered was really good, inassa she was amazing she was taking care of our table, she was making sure everything and everyone is ok. The patio was well heated. Overall was very good experience
We visit Motorino Downtown location regularly and thought we would try out the King location. However I am very disappointed with the quality at this location. The amount of spicy sausage on the Nduja pizza was laughable, there was less than a quarter of the amount normally. Refer to the photo.
Came around lunch time and requested to be seated on the patio which was very spacious and perfect for the hot sunny day. I proceeded to order the Avocado Primavera pasta and although the wait time was longer than expected, the dish certainly met my expectations in quantity and quality...will be returning in future!
Motorino can be very hit or miss. Once coming here, service was good, food was good, no complaints, just a solid experience...not amazing, but not bad. Another time, service was atrocious, unbelievably slow, inattentive, and just not up to the price point of the restaurant. Not to mention the food is the same. Sometimes you get fresh, sometimes you get a lukewarm almost cold piece of grilled octopus. Not to mention the chicken parm here is flavourless. Definitely skip that. Overall, this isn't a place i'll be gambling on again. Too up and down for my liking. If this place could be more consistent with those good experiences i've had, i'd say 4/5. Even then, that might be generous.
Came to Motorino spare of the moment at which they were able to accommodate my table of two. As you walk in, the interior design job exceeded my expectations. Our server enesa I believe was absolutely amazing! Super attentive always followed up. All 4 dishes were on the money. A must try is their Italian spring rolls which I must say I was very impressed. Will certainly be back again! Well done
We had a lovely first visit at Motorino! They brought the food out promptly and it was all very delicious. Our service was also fantastic! We had the calamari as an appetizer and it was very tender and soft not at all chewy, which is sometimes the case with calamari. We also had the eggplant parmasean and the veal gnocchi, which were both very flavourful and perfectly seasoned. I had the veal scallopini with mashed potatoes and mushrooms. The mashed potatoes were soft and buttery and the veal was incredibly tender. Our server was named Daniel and he was very warm, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the menu!! Overall, great visit!
