Good evening. I am very disappointed. I came here with my family and went in tonight to order pizza: half cheese and half chicken. I had to open it and look there, but I was in a hurry and opened it at home. The burnt pizza is dry, and it seemed to me that it was prepared a second time. Earn with a conscience.

I ordered the chicken trio special and my chicken came raw, it was not cooked. They did not give me my sauces and the potato wedges were very dry.
Really bad experience, I was on the phone trying to get from my friends the toppings they wanted when one of the employees literally yalled at me that if I was gonna place and order or just hanging around. Totally unexpected and really bad experience
Very simple pizza place yet always consistent. You give them an order they will deliver! The garlic bread is quite interesting but it's phenomenal!
Horrible customer service. Waited for a cold and dry pizza for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Driver took my card and advanced the debit machine to the tip screen, so i had to tip, which had already been added to the total. Customer service put me on hold forever, only to come back with excuses and they have no time guarantee, no compensation, no coupons, nothing. They don't care about quality during especially during busy times Friday night 6pm. The pizza is great for pick up though.
Went there for my bday.. Usually love the normal crust, but had the GF crust. Wasn't too bad other than tasting like a cracker.
The pizza is great so no complaints there....BUT if you order a pizza from them DO NOT deviate from their signature pizzas. They've literally screwed up my bruschetta pizza with green olives 6 different times. It so bad that I'm writing this true account so that they get the review they deserve. I'm shocked a pizza maker can't read simple instructions. Happened again tonight and my wife drove back to the store so they can get it right.
Disgustingly poor service and health standards. I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived at the store, an employee behind the register was not wearing a mask while handling the pizzas. I can't imagine how bad management has to be to allow their employees to go maskless in the plain sight of the customer. Makes me wonder what they do behind the scenes. When I gave my name for pickup, I was told that they never received the order. After proving my order with email confirmation, I was merely pushed aside and told to call their customer service hotline. I was told over the phone that the store had messed up, and that I would have to wait a half hour for my pizza. I will never be eating at Pizza Nova again, and neither should you.
