Good Value!!! Old but clean and owner is very nice. Breakfast was simple but breakfast place really nice to eat in.

Excellent value. A bit old and limited channels on tv, but friendly staff, simple but good breakfast, and clean rooms. Also within walking distance of most things you'd want, such as food, beer, or even some nice trails by the river.
