Auberge des Vignobles

Terrible service. After our initial arrival, we were told to come back to check in and when we came back after dinner, there was no one to greet us to give us a room key or provide us a room, nor did anyone answer the phone when we called. We were finally let in a room by the chef but were not given a room key. The breakfast was incredibly slow (we had to wait an hour) and when we wanted to leave and check out after being late, the hostess was nowhere to be found. The room was very dirty (bed sheets full of hair and carpets with many different stains) but the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was decent food if you have the time to wait for it but reserve your entire morning for it. The only highlight is the owner has partnerships with local wine vineyards and gives you deals to do tastings at the vineyards, but I don't find it's worth it for the high priced dirty rooms and poor service.

Great house and amazing location. Very tasty breakfast. Can be a bit long to get breakfast if there are many people before you. Prepare yourself to speak the French you do know. They are very welcoming but not the biggest fans of anglophones.

Quel endroit pitoyable! C'est malheureux car l'emplacement est charmant. Chambres pas prêtes à notre arrivée , nous avons gelés toute la nuit, pas moyen de le communiquer à personne. Bouffe très ordinaire et accueil très peu chaleureux. On a en plus voulu nous faire payer 100$ pour un soi-disant lit d'appoint qu'on aurait brisé (une planche de bois avec un ti coussin dessus)??!! N'allez jamais là ce sont des voleurs!

Accueil des plus ordinaires, le sourire ne fait pas partie du protocole il faut croire, on préfère nous indiquer à quelle heure on doit libérer la chambre le lendemain que de nous souhaiter la bienvenue convenablement. Manque de propreté dans la chambre. Je ne peux pas recommandé cet endroit alors qu'il y en a tant d'autres avec des gens qui ont à cœur leur entreprise et de s'assurer que leurs invités soient heureux, invités qui je le rappelle, sont leur pain et leur beurre...

Ces bien comme auberge, honnêtement j'ai pas séjourné, quand on es arrivé il y'a un monsieur qui nous a accueilli pour nous dire d attendre que madame va venir nous répondre. Après un bon 15 minute d'attente pas de service ,on voyais une femme faire la vaisselle au travers la porte vitrée. Donc moi et ma conjointe on a convenu de partir car la vaisselles avait l'air plus important que nous .
