A great little motel with spacious rooms on a beautiful island.nThe staff were all extremely friendly and speak great English. There is also an opportunity to rent bikes/e-bikes/scooters to explore the island.nnI thoroughly recommend that you do this as well. I went on the e-bikes on my own and on one of the guided tours. If you go alone the staff have great recommendations but on the tour I learnt a lot more about the islands history, as well as tasting and learning about some of the great produce!
We got bike rentals here and it was a fantastic experience! The owner was extremely helpful pointing out the route we should take and what to see while we were on the island. His advice led us to an amazing berry farm, chocolatier, and winery! The e-bikes, which were incredibly easy to operate, made the trip smooth for the entire family! Could not recommend the experience enough!
I want to say, this, the biking, is the best activity one can have in the island to soak in all its goodness. The company may look modest but their service is superb and I mean it. Great location. Very easy to spot it. The patience, professionalism, support and manners of the staff was excellent. A special and big thank you to Antonio who made us feel we were talking to an old friend rather than purchasing a service.nnHamid from Toronto area
We didn't have a very nice experience at the arrival. I followed all the instructions given in the email, but nothing was as instructed. We felt we were left at our own. Luckily, we could find our room. The place location is extremely convenient, the view is very nice and dogs are welcome. Motel installation deserves updates and love. Apart from that experience, our weekend at Ile d'orléans was fabulous.
The motel is definitely showing it’s age. Could use a update on some of its amenities, but It was clean and priced well for the season. August 2023. It is on a busy main street with fast traffic. Fire pit out front, we did not use. Safety never an issue. Self check in had a hiccup for us, but resolved quickly. We stayed two nights. Pet friendly. Would give it a 3/5 star.
