Motel Energy

Nice spot, we took the VIP room from at 130$ and it was worth it. Clean rooms with a restaurant and conviennent store. Perfect break spot. They also have fuels.

You are quite literally in the middle nowhere and the black flies threaten to eat you every time you get off the motorcycle and take off your helmet. It's summer but the sun is setting and an evening chill is being to settle in your bones. At this moment, you just want a clean room with a decent bed and screens to keep out the flies. And you're ok with the cafeteria-style restaurant because frankly you ain't got a choice out here. This is a workman's hotel for workers in the energy business so don't expect any frills, and certainly don't expect bellboys.

Expensive as expected, but fast service and staff is really helpful and speaks English very well. Surprised and delighted. :)

I got stuck in a ditch and the lady in the Store helped me a lot. She basically saved me more than 600 dollars by finding a person that can tow me out of there. She was kind, nice and really helpful. Thank you so much!
