When I first got there I was pleased with how spacious and tidy the rooms were the rooms were I stayed 3 nights but the day I went to checkout I was woken up with a call at 10:30 telling me if I don’t checkout at 11:30 the police would be called. I was honestly shook with how rude it was to even go that far. Not even a “normal checkout is 11:30 “just straight up the police will be called if you don’t get out at 11:30 like what the heck than I went downstairs to checkout and told her I thought I was a bit rude and she screamed in my face called me all sorts of names than REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY $100 DEPOSIT BACK!! The room was clean, nothing wrong at all she just screamed in my face and when I asked her why she’s screaming she called me a “street girl” mind you I am not a junkie or even look anywhere near that i have never in all my travels had anything like this happen before the place is ok but holyyyy the lady is nuts. I’m not sure what kind of horrible experience she has had but she is crazy!!!
This place do not deserve to be called a motel but a scrap . Room was cold and the only answer I got is they can provide blanket I checked in at 2 Am because no room available around the casino lac leamay .when checking out the owner said I smoked weed in the room I never smoke in my life then he checked the camera if someone else came to my room that nigtg . NOTHING . I had no baggage I even emptied my jacket to prove I have no cigarettes or weed on me not even a lighter. Lol he refuse to give back the security deposit as you can see I am not the first person complaining about their scamnThe owner wife clai she is millionaire and do not care about me complaining to the policenBut I will definitely sue them with proofnIt is inordinate I can't give the a Big 00000 on all rating
They charging me 100$ for having a dirty towel and some tobacco left on the night table. This place is absolute trash. The owner the Chinese girl said to us « im a millionaire and im still going to be a millionaire when you walk out of here »nnDon’t ever stay here, find yourself a other motel. She has no moral. She’s absolutely evil and I doubt anyone ever stays here more then once.
A NIGHTMARE..!! VERY RACIST owners..!! Charged fees for using towels ..?!?!? Saying they are dirty..!!! Came in my room without not even knocking at 11:25 telling me to get out of the room they have to clean it check out is 11:30 by the way ..!! They then wanted to charge me 100$ for a 11 min late check out because we were arguing after I showed them pictures of BED BUGS BITE they called the police only to hear them say they are wrong . This was definitely an experience, and one on the verrrryy dark side..!!
This is the absolute worst place you can go to.nPlace was advertised as having air conditioning in it, on arrival I was greeted by a 90F temp room, upon checking in reception I was told that you need a table or chair to reach to the ceiling and open a vent, I asked where is my thermostat to set a temp and I was told there is none I am supposed to open the vent when I feel hot and close it when I feel cold, I thought that was a bummer and straight forward cheating but it was midnight so let it slide, after 2 hours too room felt like a hot spa and reception was closed, there are no windows in the room to open so I had to open the front door but you can’t sleep with the hallway door open so there went my night, inspite of checking in at Midnight I was work up by their phone calls and banging on door to check out, I was told every 5-10 mins they will charge $20-50 for late checkout, I was just astoundednThe rooms are filthy, the sofa seems like being used by some animals, bed is a mess, all around the rooms you will see notices that your money will be deducted if a spoon or towel goes missing from its place.nThere is a nice coffee machine in the common area but the staff wants you to buy coffee pods to get coffee, even a microwave is missing from rooms and accessible/locked in common areanAll this wasn’t ordeal enough the manager is a very harsh lady who has a strong disliking to small kids, she wants kids straight out of the rooms outside the motel, she literally yells at her staff and guests,nThis place should be closed and owners and managers prohibited from running a businessnI would strongly suggest to stay away from this place
