Motel 6 Appleton Wi

Stayed two nights. Staff was extremely friendly both nights. Keep the price in mind when you stay here; if you expect everything you get with a $100-$150/night hotel, then you will definitely be disappointed. No shampoo is provided, no breakfast, no frig. Water pressure was great, hot water was great, two bars of soap provided, great location right next to 41 and a pile of restaurants, brightly lit parking lot.

Jennifer checked me in, very kind and helpful. Danielle checked me out and again very kind and helpful. Mark, who works there was friendly and I saw a "NEW" renovated room which he did the work, very nice, very sharp. This place has a lot of potential, perfect location. I stopped on my way to Green Bay, worked out perfect, easily worth the $40.00. I had a fantastic mini trip and this motel was the perfect stop for me.With the new rooms this place will easily earn a star or two in my "overall rating" Hope to go back soon and stay in a new room.

It was convenient, I booked a last minute trip to Wisconsin for the Packers game(my first one ever). The smell of the place, wasn't for me. Definitely can tell its an old location that hasn't been updated in who knows how long. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the bed as it just didn't look clean. The room just didn't feel clean.

The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice... But, The walls are too thin, the person next door stayed up to 12 a.m. talking loud on his cell phone, keepgin me up.Also, the light to the right side of the bed didn't work (room 239). the carpeting in the hallway was stained and dirty looking although probably clean.

For a Motel 6, this was a nice hotel. The front desk staff was friendly. My room included a refrigerator, some rooms also had microwaves. There was a common area near the front desk that had hot water for tea and a community microwave. The hotel had plenty of water pressure and the never ran out of hot water. My biggest complaint was the comfort of the pillows, which were only slightly better than a stack of cardboard boxes.
