Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill - four stars I am giving them four stars instead of 5 because their service is lacking. I hope they correct this problem. I ordered a personal pizza from here and the pizza is pretty good - not outstanding, but more of what you would expect. The atmosphere is great, the restaurant seems clean, an organization is alright too. Many people gave them a bad review - they're not horrible, but there's better out there especially where service is concerned. If you like this kind of food - great, but if it's not your thing or you're not sure it's best to go somewhere else. I believe that if they put a little care into their service and a little into the food as well that thing could be five stars.

Not quite as good as the ones in Eagle/Boise but still very good. The Santa Cruz Pizza is the best. They always load the pizzas up. *update. Closed permanently at the mall location. May be back on the Palouse in the future...sad

Poor service, over smoked pizza. They were not even that busy, with 2 servers and families were waiting over an hour for food. As seen in the photo, my pizza was delivered to the table missing a chunk of crust. Not sure if someone got hungry or they were hiding something.

Awesome service by Lara!!! The pizza was very tasty and made to order with special requests correctly. My husband had the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and vegetables and it was very good and cooked correctly. They restaurant was clean and they had cute coloring books for the kids. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Great Job!

Staff is nice, but we got a trainee during shift change. Waited half an hour in a nearly empty restaurant for 2 beers. All the food we ordered for happy hour was appetizers, and it took FOREVER. Thank goodness for the free crackers for our kids.

Went here yesterday Sunday and gotta say the service was supreme! The food the was excellent as well but the incredibly friendly staff is why I'll be coming back here a lot more regularly. It was clearly busy but at no point did it show on the demeanor of the waitstaff and the manager, I believe he said his name was A.J. , came out to check everyone had everything they needed and then gave us some coupons for dessert and said he'd love to see us back in soon. Well we'll be back!

The wait staff and host were very confused. It was like they turned a day care class loose to manage the patrons and told them they could earn tips. Our waiter brought the wrong drinks. Then a waitress swooped in and began waiting on us like we had just showed up. I asked her if she just hawked his table and she said, "Yep." I asked her if they had to fight for tips and she said, "Pretty much." Then we kept getting dirty looks from the original waiter. He stopped by once to let us know that she stole his table. The table next to us ate and left before our food came out because the original waiter hid our food to make the swooping waitress look bad. After a few more wrong drinks, food came out dry and just plain bad. 2+ hours for overpriced bad food and drama in the kitchen. Good luck!

It seems to me they got 3 waiters for a 200 costmer restaurant. The waiters are busy like hell but service still is slow. We waited for 5 min for a waiter to come and get us seated. There is no spoon in the soup area and it took them another 10min to get some. The buffet is decent but only has a few entrees to choose from, which is OK for only $8.

The food is good but the service is terrible. The host didn't even tell us to follow him, he just grabbed 2 menus and walked away, we assumed we were suposed to follow. The waitress Sara took our order and wrote nothing down, then came and asked us 3 times what we wanted. The salads were okay but not exactly what we ordered. She also cleared and wiped down tables. Clearly they need more help.. Pizza is good and surprisingly right. She may be new but needs amore traininv.

Every time I've gone there they have messed something up. I understand mistakes can happen sometimes, but they always seem to mess something up and I don't understand how. There online ordering is a disaster. One time they didn't get my order until a half an hour later and then when they finally delivered it they messed my order up and didn't bring one of the items I've ordered. The food here is great but the way the business is carried out is a complete train wreck and because of the many mistakes they make and how long it takes to get your food I think your time is better spent elsewhere.
