Buffalo Wild Wings

My husband and I ordered at the same time. His wings came out a good 20 mins before my burger. Nothing we ate there tonight was even hot. It was all cold when it was finally brought to our table. Sadly watching the other tables we weren’t alone. There was a large table that got their food in three different batches. My husband ordered a beer and waited 15 mins for it. You have lost customers tonight. There was definitely a lack of management. There was no direction for the staff. We definitely will not be returning. Do better with your training so that your staff has a chance to succeed.

The only good thing about our experience was the food. The only reason we are even giving a star. At first, our waiter, Will, was nice and attentive. But we ran out of drinks, and never got asked if we wanted another round. He only checked up on us maybe 2-3 times, but passed out table more than that. Then I had ordered the Street Tacos and ended up getting the Brisket Tacos. They were good, but not what I ordered. Probably the last time we go because every time we go the service is slow and not very good.

I swear this location is one of the most inconsistent restaurants I’ve ever been to. If you come here, you better pray you get the server that’s actually trying to make money. We’ve visited about 9-10 times in the last year and 3 were awesome, 3 were fine, and the rest were pretty bad.nnMost recently, enjoying mildly cold wings for 20 minutes while waiting for fries that were ordered at the same time. Not seeing server for those entire 20 minutes in her entire section.nnWe’ve been told 3 answers on if we can have our fries and wings out at the same time;n“No we don’t do that”n“No, we have a hot food policy here”n“Yes of course I’ll make a note”nnA lack of manager presence is clearly and easily felt on any visit, whether our server is good or bad. Maybe if they were out on the service floor the staff would be more attentive.nnHaving managed restaurants, it is very clear to me that this is almost 100% a management issue, whether there aren’t enough or they don’t care enough.

Every time I place a to go order I end up waiting around half an hour past when they say it will be done. At that point I might have as well just dined in. It's a shame because I love buffalo wild wings but this will be the last time I eat at this location. Need to hire more help and better help. I'm more upset I even gave a tip. If you eat at this location expect long delays and bad service.

We sat in waiting area as they said there wasn't enough help on the floor the place was empty except for a group of football players finally when we got set it was over an hour of waiting we were a party of 6...if you don't have enough help maybe you should close until you are capable of taking care of your customers. I'm pretty sure you will be receiving more poor service s I know our party of 6 said they would not return
