Had a great experience at this location. I had purchased a suit from elsewhere and Ethan was able to help me find a matching vest, tie and pocket square. He took his time and presented me with multiple combinations that would suit me. Would highly recommend and will purchase from here again.

Excellent service and selection! I went in looking for an overcoat, and thanks to the help of Ethan and another employeeI didn't catch her name, not only found the coat I was looking for, but was given helpful advice on what to pair the coat with. And the time that I went in the store, it happened to be during a sale and I ended up getting additional clothing as well since their sales prices were so good! Needless to say, they were very helpful and caring towards their customers and I will definitely be back soon

If you go to this location ask for Ralph!! My boyfriend needed a new suit jacket and tie clip, Ralph helped us pick out a jacket and got us completely sorted out in less than 15 minutes. He picked out the perfect size first try, gave amazing service, and made the visit fun and energetic my boyfriend HATES shopping so this is a real testament to how easy our shopping was!! Will definitely be asking for Ralph for any future purchases here!

We came here to rent suits for our wedding. They were so nice from the start but 9/10 people had issues with their suits. They didn’t really care when I complained about our experience and said “sorry for ruining your wedding day” and that was it. Some examples of issues: Swapped out the suit my husband picked without telling us. They said the warehouse didn’t have any tuxedos, however we scheduled the rental at least 90 days before our wedding day. Pants too tight Pants too short Wrong colour of suit with no replacement Missing pocket squares Don’t trust Moores with your suit rental needs!

I had such a good experience here on Saturday. Will 100% be returning to this location. Such helpful staff and really AMAZING deals to be found on the clearance racks! One staff member in particular really made my day. I feel so bad for forgetting his name, but I believe it started with an "E"

Great place for fine clothes. Eme was helpful and polite. I tried on a few shirts before we got the right fit - it would have been much longer without his guidance. Two thumbs up.

Where do I begin.... Last minute desperation, complete exhaustion and frustration in trying to find a last minute solution to a tuxedo problem. Ethan the manager set me up with a shirt and made sure it felt and fit the way I wanted. Rupert the tailor and the owner himself intervened to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. So much so, that Rupert ended up making SEVERAL adjustments so that it fit PERFECT. These 3 gentlemen; absolutely top notch classy service. Need a suit? This is the place hands down. Kudos gentlemen, great job. Went back for another purchase today. Ralph, you're amazing. Customer service first class!

Forgot my suit jacket on the way to a wedding in Newmarket over a hour from where I lived. Winston quickly picked me a sport coat and paints that's was fire. Saved the day.
