Moores Clothing for Men

On February 4th, I went to Moores on the west end location. (17512 100 Ave NW) I was looking to buy a white dress shirt and black tie, and to get a suit for my sons grade 12 graduation. I walked in and was greeted right away by Dustin. He help us with all our questions, and we were able to leave with everything that we needed. On February 15th, we went back to pick up the suit, as it needed to be altered for my son. We where help by Ella this time. My son had second thoughts on the tie he had picked out for graduation night. Ella help him with a few new ideas for choices he could pick from. Once again, we were able to change out the ties. And we left very satisfied customers. From here on out, if Dustin or Ella still work there when I go back. Those two will be who I will look for to help me the next time I’m there. Keep up the great work.

This Moore's location have very attentive sales staff. The person who helped me on my last visit actually helped me save money while being attentive to my tastes and helped me get more bang for my buck! The lady whom helped me get my clothes was fantastic! Too bad I can't remember her name at the moment. Definitely will return. In my experience with Moore's in general is that I have not had a bad experience in over 10 years. Thank you Moore's

My husband bought a couple of pairs of Dockers here and didn't buy too good a fit. (Honest mistake) He ended up wearing one pair but knew he needed them altered before wearing them again so we went back the next day to return the unworn pair and alter the worn pair. They were so accommodating and ended up getting us two nee good fitting pairs at no extra cost to us even if one pair had been worn a few hours. Great choices and awesome service!

Getting a Tux Rental currently through this store. Been dealing with a new employee (Dustin) and he was good. It was sad to see the lack of training they gave him as he second guessed himself and had to disappear a few times to find someone to double check his stuff. Past experiences have been good with Luigi , (who has moved on to the south common area I believe) so if you like Moores but dislike this store, go to South Common and ask for him. 3

This will be the last time I go to this location. My brother and I wnt to the moores today, we walked in and was about to spoil our selves. However do to the poor service moores has lost our business. Not one did any of the employees acknowledge out present or offer to assist. There was 3 employees and one other customer. Not too sure what to make of this.. What could be the reason why no one help us. Even after we picked out articles and went to the dressing room.. Showing that we were interested in buying. So it could not be that we didn't intend to buy. There is only a one other reason that come to mind.
